The Weird Crime Mug Shot Hall of Shame is filled with people accused of strange and terrible crimes.

But slugging a boy in a wheelchair? That's a new one.

Police say Mikka Shardai Cline, 23, and her sister were trying to take a soccer ball from the 13-year-old boy outside of a Dallas hospital. In the struggle to get the ball, she punched the boy in the head.

And it gets worse: The boy had a medical halo screwed into his skull, which is exactly where police say Cline's blow landed.
Cline has been charged with child abuse.
